Where My Magic Comes From
While I haven’t been in front of a computer since diapers, I’m certainly an early adopter. I was one of the first at my college to use Facebook, and I’ve never looked back.
I studied graphic design, studio art and art history in undergrad. I have a love for all things Florentine and Italian Renaissance. It's safe to say I'm always learning and studying art and design best practices.
My love affair with the internet continued when I returned to school to earn a master of arts in interactive media, where I was immersed in creating websites and online content (and also spending a little too much time on social media).

Away From the Computer
When I’m not strategizing with clients or blogging, I’m spending time with my husband, Chad, and our pup Hobbes. I love to travel, drink craft beer, throw parties and receive snail mail—although who doesn’t right?
Just over four years ago, my life changed seemingly overnight. I was diagnosed with a sleep disorder, narcolepsy with cataplexy. My sleep cycle is irregular and I often get very tired during the day.
Because of this, I’m passionate about sleep education. Many don’t get the recommend 7-8 hours of sleep and, therefore, don’t realize the toll it takes on their body.
